Refund Policy
- If you have received an incorrect or damaged product, we can replace it with the exact same item. The goods must be returned unused and intact, or you must provide proof of damage or defect.
- To initiate an exchange, please email us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant proof (photos or documentation as necessary) to anantacares@gmail.com or call on the given helpline. Our customer care team will contact you promptly.
- Once you receive our exchange confirmation, we will send you detailed instructions on how to proceed with the exchange.
- Please ensure to include your order number in your email to us.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 business days from the date of product cancellation.
- ANANTA LIFESCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items such as flowers or food items. However, we can offer a refund or replacement if you can demonstrate that the delivered product’s quality is unsatisfactory.
- If you receive damaged or defective items, please report it to our Customer Service team within 7 days of receipt. The request will be handled after our team verifies the issue.
- If you believe the product received does not match what was shown on the site or your expectations, please notify our customer service within 7 days of receipt. Our Customer Service Team will review your complaint and make an appropriate decision.
- For products covered by manufacturer warranties, please contact the manufacturer directly regarding any issues.
- If a refund is approved by ANANTA LIFESCIENCES PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 14 days after we receive the product in our warehouse to process the refund to the customer.
